Very accommodating with fresh and clean facilities! Owners were very nice and helpful. We’re surprised to find a fantastic game room for our kids. Everything from board games, pool and air hockey to a single lane manual bowling ally. Laundry and bathroom facilities were very clean and even had QR code access to pay by credit card and keep up with washer/dryer times! Park was quiet and easy to maneuver. Will be staying again next year for our annual event.

Gladys

The Snail is peaceful place to stay and enjoy many amenities. Perfect place to park and go to the seasons games. Owners are the best host in town, they make you feel like you never left home. And the price is right. You must stay at least once, I know you will be coming back….

Kate

Spent a nice couple days at this park. The owner is very accommodating and eager to help. Very clean bathrooms and laundry! Nice and quiet in the evenings. Easy access to the College. Will definitely stay again.

DL & JW

Stayed one night due to an emergency stop at the Texas A&M vet clinic. Very nice management. Sites had electricity (20/30/15), sewer and water. Apparently Wifi and other amenities that we did not use. Was a nice place to stop. Easy in/out. Can handle very large rigs.

Nancy

The person who answered the phone was super nice. No frills park, but super quiet and close to everything. Great cell service for Verizon. All the utilities worked great!
