If you love holiday shopping, twinkling lights, and a little small-town charm, the Main Street Holiday Market is the place to be this weekend! Whether you’re a Bryan–College Station local or staying with us here at Galloping Snail RV Park, this two-day shopping event is a festive kickoff to the holiday season and it’s right around the corner.
Hosted at the Brazos County Expo (5827 Leonard Road in Bryan), the market runs Saturday, November 15 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, November 16 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $8 per person or $7 with a non-perishable food donation benefiting The Bridge Ministries Food Pantry. Kids 12 and under are free, so it’s an affordable way to get into the holiday spirit with the whole family.
What to Expect
Picture this: rows of vendor booths decked out with Christmas décor, the smell of candles and gourmet treats, and a soundtrack of classic holiday tunes floating through the air. Vendors from across Texas will be offering everything from clothing, jewelry, and accessories to home décor, handmade gifts, soaps, candles, and local art.
Looking to check a few names off your shopping list early? This is the place to do it; and with over 100 vendors, you’ll find something unique for everyone (and probably a few things for yourself).
Meet Papa D Santa
For those with kids — or anyone young at heart — Papa D Santa will be visiting Saturday only from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Bring your camera, your Christmas list, and your best smile for a photo with the jolliest man in town.
Sip, Shop, and Celebrate
Holiday shopping just got a little merrier thanks to To The Walls Bar & Event Services, serving up your favorite adult beverages all weekend long. Whether you prefer a festive cocktail or a refreshing soda, you can sip while you shop and soak in the holiday vibes.
Bonus tip: The first 500 shoppers through the doors will receive a free holiday shopping bag from T-Mobile, perfect for carrying your new finds (and maybe hiding a few surprises from the kids).
